Terms of Use — Morning Reset

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Morning Reset application ("the app"), provided by Next Horizon Technologies Inc. ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store through which you obtained it.

Health disclaimer

Morning Reset provides general healthy-eating and lifestyle guidance for informational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Always seek professional advice before making decisions about your diet or health. Pricing and product information shown in the app is for convenience only and may be inaccurate or out of date.

Your content

Any data you enter or customize — meals, schedules, notes, restock items — remains yours. It is stored on your device and, if you enable backup, in your own Google Drive. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with, or use it in violation of any applicable law.

Third-party services

If you enable backup, the app integrates with Google Drive. Your use of Google services is subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Horizon Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
